Predictions: Traitor's 2nd Term

I posted on Facebook, October 7, 2020 (And it's sad that Republicans don't have enough grip on reality to make such easy predictions, even after Jan 6!) :

Leave the cult of personality.

Come back to reality.

Please do not vote for Trump.

Imagine any past president needing advice on a military conflict, an economic problem, any policy issue. Who might they call?

Would we be shocked if George W. Bush had asked Senator Biden for his opinion on some matter of law? No, not much surprise there, because Biden is a professional law and government guy, knows a lot about that stuff. Decent presidents aren't interested in armchair quarterback opinions.

If any past president had called up the Donald, it would be surprising, a president asking Trump about ANYTHING other than his profession, or chasing women, or minors that Trump's friend Epstein had trafficked. Or tax evasion.

On numerous occasions, when people asked Rex Tillerson if he called the president a moron, he would just grin and try to change the subject.

He isn't the first to have said so, and he sure won't be the last. The president of the United States most certainly is a moron. 

When you think the coach of the Huskers is a moron, you can't fire him fast enough. Coaches don't even get people killed.

Trump, needing a distraction from his impeachment, killed an Iranian general. Their response included downing a jetliner. Whether they killed those civilians on purpose or not, if we had a smart president it wouldn't have happened.

Iran also bombed a U.S. military installation. Trump let them.

Oh he acted like he punished them by going after militias, but militias aren't Iran.

Iran knows he's a moron. They all do.

Trump bungled our chance to be among the great countries NOT devastated by a virus that we could all see coming. 

At the same time, he blabbed his secret perspective to WOODWARD, of all people. It takes a brain to suspect Bob Woodward might expose the terribleness of a president. Moron.

Downplaying the virus deceived Americans into exposing themselves and spreading it everywhere. 

We would have been better off with no president at all.

Think it's fake? Those Republican governors reporting hundreds of bodies every day, are they in on the Democrats' fake virus conspiracy?

We really would be better off with no president, rather than one who neglects his duties, deceives the people, and prevents anyone competent or non-corrupt from helping.

Do not renew his contract.

We must go with someone else.

I wish you could vote for a non-moron Republican, but the Republican party won't let you.

Don't punish the whole world forever, for your party being gullible, and falling for the con artist twice. 

Wishful thinking isn't the best recipe for success.

It's not even about politics anymore.

Who cares who's in the congress, governor, etc.

Just not that deeply incompetent chowderhead.

If Obama had been murdered by a racist, and Biden sworn in, would Republicans have freaked out because President Biden is such an unacceptable possibility? You had 8 years to freak out about that, and I doubt that any of you did. Of all the complaints about Obama, his VP probably didn't make the top 100.

But let me guess, in 2020, it's, "If Joe Biden is elected president, the United States of America will come to an end."

They said the same thing about both Bill Clinton and Obama. They lied. They always lie. It's pathetic.

I voted for W. Bush.

I had concerns in 2000, but I decided, "Surely the national Republican party wouldn't back a guy for president who isn't smart enough for the job."

BUT SURELY THEY WOULD. Repeatedly.

While Bush was turning me into a Democrat, Congressman Terry of Omaha was in lock step with Bush, in every single House vote. 

But after Bush was re-elected, Mr. Terry was then free to disagree, criticize, vote against the president's wishes, and he even said that torture is wrong.

Just wanted you Trump voters to know: the honeymoon is ending either way.

Trump won't like being a lame duck, and he'll create more Democrats than anyone since FDR, and lose the senate.

But he will like this part of being a lame duck: he'll get to do whatever illegal dictator garbage he wants to, with no consequences, unless the Republican senators are willing to convict in his 2nd, or 3rd, or 4th impeachment.

Because it takes 2/3 of the senate to convict, I can promise you, he will commit more abuses of power.

He will get more people killed.

He's in the wrong job.

Do him a favor, let him retire.

Do everyone who will ever live a favor, and just don't vote for Trump.

The insurrection that wouldn't die

(Sometimes on Facebook I'll repost a previous item, with some new commentary. Here's a snapshot from Dec 29, 2020, a week before his insurrection, when I was alarmed by a con artist trying to start a civil war. Followed by a later post:) The election was 8 weeks ago.
